All team members attending Analytics Experience 2017 must be employed by the same organization and named at the same time. Team discounts are only available on the business and government registration fee. They are not available for other types of registrations or extra-fee items.
The number of names submitted on the Team Discount Application Form will determine the level of discount. If a team does not meet the minimum number of team member registrations for the level, fees may be recalculated to the appropriate level based on the actual number of team members registered. Team discounts will not be recalculated if additional attendees are registered from the same organization. No other discounts are applicable.
Designate one person in your organization as the team manager and collect the names of team members. We will assign a special team code to your organization and share it with the team manager. It is the team manager's responsibility to pass that code on to team members. Each team member must submit a separate registration using the team code. The team discount must be in place prior to any team member registering in order for the discount to apply to that registrant. Everyone must register during the same registration period (e.g., early-bird or regular registration).
You can have a few placeholders if you do not have all the names, but we need to make sure the discount level is agreed upon upfront. Getting actual names will help the registrar work with you to make sure that registrations are coming in and to monitor how many more to expect. Free Conference Passes for Students
Students enrolled full time at an accredited, degree-granting academic institution may attend this conference free of charge. The free pass is for the conference only. This discount will automatically apply when you register as a student. Proof of eligibility is required, such as a copy of your current class schedule. Scan and upload the document when you register proving your eligibility. You will be contacted if we have questions about your eligibility.
Online registrations must be paid in full by credit card. SAS accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club. Please make sure the billing address on the payment screen reflects the address on your credit card statement. Your card will be immediately charged once you submit your registration.
Substitutions, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time by modifying your registration online. Cancellation requests may be sent via email to the registrar, or you can follow the instructions on your confirmation email to manage your cancellation online. Please modify your registration online or notify us in writing by Aug. 28 to receive a full refund. After Aug. 28, no refunds will be honored for pre- or post-conference training, and there will be a $100 processing fee for each registration cancellation. After Sept. 11, the registration fee is nonrefundable. Please allow three to four working days for credit card refunds; allow up to three weeks for personal check refunds.
Conference attendees may register a guest age 16 or older (children are not permitted) for a $75 fee. Guest will be required to show a badge in order to attend Monday’s Welcome Reception and Tuesday’s Party on the Potomac. Guest cannot attend conference presentations, breakfasts or lunches or access the Innovation Hub (with the exception of Monday's Welcome Reception).
Current members of the SAS Partner Program receive 50% off the conference price. To receive the discount, enter discount code APD at checkout. Enrollment in the SAS Partner Program is required to use this code.
SAS® Training Points
The SAS Training Points program allows your organization to purchase training in bulk and save up to 30%. If your organization already participates in the SAS Training Points program, you can use your points to pay for the conference, as well as tutorials, training and SAS Certification exams. One point equals $1, so the prices match the Standard Pricing column. To pay for the conference with SAS Training Points, enter discount code EDUPTSCON. Enterprise Professional Training Offer (EPTO)
If your organization has EPTO units, you can use them to pay for the conference, as well as tutorials, training and SAS Certification exams.
