Registration Fees

Our attendees are diverse – in roles, industries and needs. Be sure to select the registration type that best fits you. When you register, take advantage of training opportunities before the conference – all in a convenient reduced-cost bundle just for attendees.

Team Discounts

Bring the analytics aficionados on your team and save. Organizations must register their team members by Sept. 11.

Eligibility

All team members attending Analytics Experience must be employed by the same organization and named at the same time. Attendees from the same country but different organizations are not eligible for the team discount. Team discounts are only available on the business and government registration fee. They are not available for other types of registrations or extra-fee items.

Discount

The number of names submitted on the Team Discount Application Form will determine the level of discount. If a team does not meet the minimum number of team member registrations for the level, fees may be recalculated to the appropriate level based on the actual number of team members registered. Team discounts will not be recalculated if additional attendees are registered from the same organization. Billing is per transaction, so we are unable to do a master invoice. Each registration is charged as the individual completes the registration form. No other discounts are applicable.

The Process

Designate one person in your organization as the team manager and collect the names of team members. We will assign a special team code to your organization and share it with the team manager. It is the team manager's responsibility to pass that code on to team members. Each team member must submit a separate registration using the team code. The team discount must be in place prior to any team member registering in order for the discount to apply to that registrant. Everyone must register during the same registration period (e.g., early-bird or regular registration).

You can have a few placeholders if you do not have all the names, but we need to make sure the discount level is agreed upon upfront. Getting actual names will help the registrar work with you to make sure that registrations are coming in and to monitor how many more to expect. Free Conference Passes for Students

SAS is dedicated to education. Our conferences are no exception. All full-time students, enrolled at degree-granting institutions, receive free conference registration and certification exams. Academic faculty and staff receive 50% off conference registration and pre-conference training. Proof of eligibility is required.

Payment Policy

Online registrations must be paid in full by credit card. SAS accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club. Please check that the billing address on the payment screen matches the address on your credit card statement. Your card will be immediately charged once you submit your registration.

Organizations may pay by purchase order. Complete the registration form and fax it to 919-677-4444 with your purchase order. We will process and confirm your registration upon receipt.

Substitutions, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Substitutions may be made at any time by modifying your registration online. Cancellation requests may be sent via email to the registrar, or follow the instructions on your confirmation email to manage your cancellation online. Please modify your registration online or notify us in writing by Aug. 28 to receive a full refund. After Aug. 28, no refunds will be honored for pre-conference training and there will be a $100 processing fee for each registration cancellation. After Sept. 12, the registration fee is nonrefundable. Please allow three to four working days for credit card refunds; allow up to three weeks for personal check refunds.

Guests

Conference attendees may register a guest age 21 or older (children are not permitted) for a $75 fee. Guests are required to show a badge, which will be provided upon arrival, to attend Monday’s Welcome Reception and Tuesday’s party on the USS Midway. Guests cannot attend conference presentations, breakfasts or lunches, or access the Innovation Hub (excluding Monday's Welcome Reception).
