Join us Wednesday evening, 30 May, for our welcome dinner and cocktail reception. A full breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. (Note: Wednesday lunch is provided for activity participants only.) On Thursday night, enjoy a casual poolside dinner at the hotel.
Note: If you would like to participate in a Wednesday activity, please plan for a Tuesday arrival.
Historic Old Town Dubrovnik Tour
Please join us for a sightseeing tour beginning with a 45-minute boat cruise along the Dubrovnik Riviera to Old Town Dubrovnik. During the cruise guests can enjoy panoramic views of the coast and Lokrum Island while drinks are served on board. Upon arrival at the Old Town port, we will disembark and continue with a guided, walking sightseeing tour of Old Town Dubrovnik.
Surrounded by ramparts and fortresses, Dubrovnik is a treasure of architectural and cultural masterpieces, well-preserved over the centuries. During the tour, we will stop for a wine tasting at a local wine bar and enjoy a three-course lunch at the restaurant Klarisa, located in an ancient courtyard of the former St. Claire’s monastery.
After lunch, there will be some free time before the group will return to the hotel via shuttle.
Cooking Class in Konavle
Please join us for a cooking class in a historic olive mill in the Konavle region. The olive mill of the Sapro family dates back to the times of the Dubrovnik Republic and was used for olive processing and olive oil production hundreds of years ago. In current times, the Sapro family home offers a unique cooking class experience.
After a welcome drink and traditional sweets, guests will be divided into smaller groups and each group will prepare a portion of the traditional Croatian meal, including a vegetable soup, salad, meat and apple pie. While the food is cooking, you will move to the mill, where prosciutto, ham, cheese, olives and wine will be served. When the meal is ready, enjoy a sit-down meal and the fruit of your cooking labor!
