The Multimillion-Dollar Leak in Your Organization:
Protecting Your Procurement Process

A complimentary live event from SAS
Wednesday, September 25 | Chicago

Companies typically accept the fact that there is a standard cost of doing business, with organizations spending hundreds of millions of dollars each year on products and services to run their operations.

But companies shouldn’t accept the risk of tens of millions of dollars of losses that occur deep within the transactions between vendors and employees. Yet, most organizations feel their existing internal controls and compliance strategy are adequate enough to address the risk.

Join us as we explore the topic of procurement integrity, including how 4-5% of the typical organization’s annual revenue is at risk, and what you can do to stop the potential significant leak to your bottom-line revenue.

We'll explore:

  • Real-world examples of improper payments and waste and their countermeasures.
  • How to realize ROI while reducing the losses you didn’t know were occurring.
  • How to use continuous monitoring and analytics to reduce risk while proactively evaluating controls and identifying risk.
