Keynote: Frank D. Whitney

Frank Whitney has served as Chief Judge of the Western District of North Carolina since 2012. He was appointed to the bench in 2006. Prior to that, he served as US Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina from 2002-2006. He also served as an Assistant US Attorney, Western District of North Carolina from 1990-2001.
