Registration and Fees

Registration for the Forum and all related hospitality events is complimentary; however, we reserve the right to limit attendance based on available space. All travel and hotel costs are the responsibility of individual attendees.
Hotels and Air Travel
Flight arrangements and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of individual attendees.
You'll be able to make your hotel arrangements during the conference registration process. Once you submit your online registration, you'll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.
For your convenience, SAS has secured a special rate of $229 per night plus tax at The Umstead Hotel and Spa. The deadline to secure this rate at The Umstead is April 24. The Umstead is adjacent to SAS. There are a limited number of rooms within this block, so please book early. Please book your flights into and out of Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
Ground transportation from RDU Airport is the responsibility of individual Forum attendees. SAS will provide complimentary shuttle service between SAS campus and The Umstead for all Forum-related events, as well as for golf at Prestonwood on May 13. Complimentary shuttle service from SAS to RDU Airport will be available at the conclusion of the Forum at 5:30 p.m.
The concierge at The Umstead can arrange town car or taxi transportation to all area attractions, including RDU Airport. Please contact the concierge at 919-447-4030 regarding all transportation requests and to confirm rates.

SAS is conveniently located just off of Interstate 40 at Exit 287 (Harrison Avenue).
A welcome reception will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, at The Umstead. This event includes a cocktail reception and a three-course plated dinner. On Thursday, May 14, continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. At the conclusion of the Forum, attendees are invited to a reception featuring light hors d'oeuvres as well as alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
Suggested attire is business casual for hospitality and evening events. Business professional is recommended for Forum proceedings.
