About the workshops

Sharad Saxena, Ph.D.,

Dr. Saxena is a SAS Certified Predictive Modeler and has been teaching and consulting in the area of advanced analytics across the globe that specifically includes UK, USA, Singapore, Italy, Australia, Netherlands, Middle-East, China, Philippines, Nigeria, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mexico and India for a variety of SAS customers counting banking, insurance, retail, government departments etc. Overall, he has more than two decades of rich experience in research, teaching, training, consulting, writing and education product designing.
Dr. Saxena has more than 35 publications including research papers in journals of international repute such as Journal of Statistical Planning and Inference, Communications in Statistics–Theory and Methods, Statistica, Statistical Papers, Vikalpa etc. and is a co-author of the book titled Randomness and Optimal Estimation in Data Sampling published by American Research Press, Rehoboth, USA. Tree-Based Machine Learning Methods in SAS® Viya® is his upcoming title.
Apart from various talks delivered at national and international conferences, he has written some case studies, technical notes, white papers, book reviews and popular columns in newspapers. He is an active member of many professional and academic bodies.
