Ryan Guadalquiver
Country Manager

Ryan Guadalquiver is the Country Manager of SAS Philippines. As the team lead in Philippines, his portfolio includes managing SAS business activities in-country, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and focusing on partner development.

In his role, Ryan is most excited to help businesses in Philippines with their digital transformation journeys, helping them to break down organizational silos, improve business processes, integrate data, and embed systems with analytics to improve customer experience.

Ryan brings with him more than 20 years of experience leading some of the biggest global technology companies, both at the region and country level. Prior to his appointment in 2018, he was the Regional Sales Director & General Manager for Global Industries, Strategic Alliances, Indirect Sales for South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Prior to that, he led HP Philippines to become the fastest growing subsidiary in 2016. He also worked as Managing Director for Oracle and handled key leadership positions in various large organizations including LogicaCMG, SchlumbergerSema, Globe Telecom, and Abbott Laboratories.

Ryan is an alumnus of Asian Institute of Management (AIM), where he completed his Master’s Degree. He is a graduate in Accounting from De La Salle University and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).


Ivy Fernandez
Advanced Analytics Practice Lead
SAS

 

Ivy is the Advanced Analytics Practice Lead under the Customer Advisory Division of SAS Institute (Philippines) Inc. She assists the sales teams to deliver right solutions to the customer and ensure the highest level of satisfaction, as well as, generate the most value out of their Analytics investments in SAS. She has the passion to empower organizations with the most trusted Analytics.

Prior SAS, Ivy is a former Associate Professor of Statistics in University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) with research and extension background. After serving the University, she decided to join Taylor Nelson Sofres Philippines (TNS) Inc. She was an Assistant Research Manager managing a set of projects and accounts. She also served as one of the SMEs concerning Statistics and Advanced Analytics.

Ivy earned her Master of Science in Statistics minor in Economics degree from the Institute of Statistics (INSTAT), UPLB.

An IT practitioner with close to three decades of experience and extensive exposure in various roles in Information and Communication Technology, focusing on broad industry currency of emerging technologies and trends.

Extensive knowledge in ICT solution integration and architecting IT infrastructure solutions (Servers, Storage, Networking, Datacenter Services and Consulting, Cloud Computing).


Dr. Richard Parcia
Chief Information Officer (CIO) at
Concepcion Industrial Corporation

Dr. Richard Parcia is currently the Chief Information Officer of Concepcion Industrial Corporation. He was President and COO of the shared services division of the same corporation. Prior to this, he was the CIO/CTO of the Asian Institute of Management. He was also based in France for some time as Head of the Global Operations Center of LafargeHolcim. Furthermore, he had leadership stints in Fortune 500 companies like UnitedHealth Group and Intel Corporation.

Richard lectures at the Graduate School of the University of Santo Tomas, specializing in strategic information systems and analytics. He has a degree in Computer Science and a PhD in Development Studies specializing in Technology Development from UST. He is a proud SAS programmer for over 20 years.


Regina Hahn Siy
Tribe Lead – Customer Interaction and Analytics
ING Philippines

Regina began her ING career in 2018 as Chief Data Officer with the responsibility over data protection, governance and delivery for ING’s retail banking business in the Philippines. In this role, she is primarily responsible for the developing the framework and technology to enable the ING data strategy, as well as to build a strong local team. In addition, she is also responsible for democratizing data for reporting and analytics in line with business needs. In 2019, she took on the position as Tribe Lead for Customer Interaction and Analytics with a focus on enabling data-driven actionable insights and personalized communications across the organization.

Prior to joining ING, Regina held data and digital transformation roles in the telco, technology and banking sectors.


Noel Mendoza
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Noel Mendoza is the company’s Chief Technology Officer responsible for IT Operations and Transformation. He has over two decades of experience running and operating global IT offshore delivery centers for both DXC/Hewlett Packard (DXC/HP) and IBM. His experience with DXC/HP’s Global Delivery hubs across Asia and the South Pacific honed his expertise in business process services, application management services, application integration and development, enterprise application, information management and analytics, mobility and cloud solutions.

Noel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University.


Tina Marasigan
Host and Moderator

Tina Marasigan is a television and radio broadcaster from ABSCBN. She is one of the radio broadcasters of DzMM RADYO Patrol 630 and DzMM Teleradyo which cater news, commentary, and public service programs across the globe. She is also one of the hosts of the network’s daily morning show--Umagang Kay Ganda which ran for more than a decade.

The 32-year old journalist started her broadcasting career in 2011 as a collegiate sports reporter for the leagues of University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP).

With her skills in news gathering and broadcasting, she has been tasked to be an anchor in several news segments across the different platforms of ABSCBN.
