Ryan Guadalquiver is the Country Manager of SAS Philippines. As the team lead in Philippines, his portfolio includes managing SAS business activities in-country, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and focusing on partner development.
In his role, Ryan is most excited to help businesses in Philippines with their digital transformation journeys, helping them to break down organizational silos, improve business processes, integrate data, and embed systems with analytics to improve customer experience.
Ryan brings with him more than 20 years of experience leading some of the biggest global technology companies, both at the region and country level. Prior to his appointment in 2018, he was the Regional Sales Director & General Manager for Global Industries, Strategic Alliances, Indirect Sales for South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Prior to that, he led HP Philippines to become the fastest growing subsidiary in 2016. He also worked as Managing Director for Oracle and handled key leadership positions in various large organizations including LogicaCMG, SchlumbergerSema, Globe Telecom, and Abbott Laboratories.
Ryan is an alumnus of Asian Institute of Management (AIM), where he completed his Master’s Degree. He is a graduate in Accounting from De La Salle University and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Gaurav is an accomplished Technology Strategist focusing on Analytics Driven Customer Experiences and has worked with clients across LATAM, Africa, Europe and Asia, across industries.
During these stints, he’s played pivotal Business Advisory and Technology roles helping clients progress towards their vision of customer-centricity.
Currently at SAS, Gaurav leads the Customer Intelligence Practice for ASEAN, driving the GTM strategy and execution for the customer experience and engagement portfolio of solutions. In a not-so-distant past, he was aboard at DBS Bank in a regional advisory role driving their transition from being a product-centric organization to the one where customer is at the center, mainly via data-driven customer journeys. And when he is not delving into the science and art of customer engagement, he indulges himself to pen down corporate humor via the “Boss Talks!” series on LinkedIn.

Dr. Donald Patrick Lim is the Chief Operating Officer of DITO CME, and the Chief Innovation Officer of the Udenna Corporation. Prior to his current role, he has served in various leadership capacities in the media, advertising, and digital spaces, having been the Country CEO of Dentsu Aegis Philippines, Chief Digital Officer of ABS-CBN Corporation, Managing Director of MRM Manila, and CEO of Yehey Corporation and Media Contacts Manila.
Considered one of the founding fathers of digital marketing in the Philippines, Donald has been awarded by various institutions and organizations, his most recent being awarded the The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Award for Community Building in Digital Media. He is the first awardee of the Agora Award for Marketing Communications by the Philippine Marketing Association, a 2015 Young Global Leader conferred by the World Economic Forum, and the only Filipino to receive the DMN 40 under 40 awarded in New York. On top of these, he was conferred Digital Marketer of the Year at the Asian Leadership Awards in Dubai, UAE by the Asian Confederation of Business, the Young Market Masters Award in Online Marketing by Mansmith and Fielders, and is the first recipient of the Digital Leader of the Future award conferred at the World Brand Congress in Mumbai, India.

Henry R. Aguda is the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Operations Officer and Chief Transformation Officer of UnionBank of the Philippines. He is also the Chairman of UBX Philippines, the fintech arm of the bank. He was a former Chief Information Officer of Globe Telecom, Inc. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President for the IT Group of the Government System Insurance Services (GSIS) and the Group Chief Information Technology Officer of Digitel Telecommunications Philippines. He was also the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Nextel Communications Philippines. In addition to this, he has worked with Fujitsu Philippines, Bayantel, and Computer Information Systems Inc. He was awarded ASEAN CIO of the Year in 2010 in the Government Sector by the International Data Group. Mr. Aguda obtained his degrees in Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Juris Doctor in Law, both from the University of the Philippines. He is the author of the book, Data Privacy & Cybercrime Prevention in the Philippine Digital Age.

Shawn Kimberly Yao is an anchor of ONE Newsroom a Flagship news program of ONE News Channel, Cignal TV. Previously, she appeared on Bloomberg TV Philippines as a host for Business Matters, and a news anchor, producer, and writer for In the Loop and Bloomberg Best.
She has also been a correspondent on TV5, QTV (now GMA News TV), Animax, and a host for RockEd radio, a public service radio show. She also worked as a contributing writer for BusinessWorld, the Philippine Star, and UNO Magazine. Aside from her work in journalism, Shawn also worked in the private sector as a Senior Adviser on Corporate Affairs and Business Development for Udenna Corp. Prior to that, she also worked in the creative industries as a photographer, producer, and account executive for photography studios and production companies.
She graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a Master of Science in Management and Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, Major in Management.
