Ryan Guadalquiver is the Country Manager of SAS Philippines. As the team lead in Philippines, his portfolio includes managing SAS business activities in-country, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and focusing on partner development.
In his role, Ryan is most excited to help businesses in Philippines with their digital transformation journeys, helping them to break down organizational silos, improve business processes, integrate data, and embed systems with analytics to improve customer experience.
Ryan brings with him more than 20 years of experience leading some of the biggest global technology companies, both at the region and country level. Prior to his appointment in 2018, he was the Regional Sales Director & General Manager for Global Industries, Strategic Alliances, Indirect Sales for South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Prior to that, he led HP Philippines to become the fastest growing subsidiary in 2016. He also worked as Managing Director for Oracle and handled key leadership positions in various large organizations including LogicaCMG, SchlumbergerSema, Globe Telecom, and Abbott Laboratories.
Ryan is an alumnus of Asian Institute of Management (AIM), where he completed his Master’s Degree. He is a graduate in Accounting from De La Salle University and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Charles Ty is the SAS Customer Advisory lead for Cloud initiatives. His charter is to help customers navigate their digital transformation journeys and accelerate their adoption of analytics to make data driven decisions faster and easier.
Prior to joining SAS, Charles has over 15 years working experience in the industry, and has helped customers accelerate their digital transformation across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University.
David R. Hardoon, PhD
Senior Advisor for Data and Artificial Intelligence
David is the Senior Advisor for Data and Artificial Intelligence at UnionBank Philippines.
Concurrently David is an external advisor to Singapore's Corrupt Investigation Practices Bureau (CPIB) in the capacity of Senior Advisor (Artificial Intelligence) and to Singapore's Central Provident Fund Board (CPF) in the capacity of Senior Advisor (Data Science).
Prior to his current roles, David was Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) first appointed Chief Data Officer and Head of Data Analytics Group reporting to the agency Deputy Managing Director for Financial Supervision and subsequently Special Advisor (Artificial Intelligence) reporting to Deputy Managing Director for Markets and Development. In these roles he led the development of the AI strategy both for MAS and Singapore’s financial sector as well as driving efforts in promoting open cross-border data flows.
David has extensive exposure and experience in both industry and academia and he has consistently applied advanced technology with an analytical mindset to shape and deliver new innovation. David holds a PhD in Computer Science in the field of Machine Learning from the University of Southampton and graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with First Class Honors B.Sc. in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. Out in the "field", David is more likely to consider himself a data artist instead of a pure data scientist.

Witnessing the transition of ‘Traditional Marketing’ to ‘Digital and Social Media Marketing’ in the Philippines, she gained diverse experience in vast industries: Food & Beverage, Resorts & Hotels, Retail, Telecommunications, to Information Technology products and services. With just 5 years in the field, she was able to adapt to the different marketing trends and strategies, executing tasks with strong and efficient leadership towards her team.
Princess joined DHQ Digital Marketing Inc. back in 2014, where Digital Marketing started emerging in the country. Her team managed to quickly adapt to this strategy, convinced that it has the potential to take over accustomed marketing and sales practices. DHq managed to capture the Food and Beverage industry first, then retail, and later on penetrated the real estate and communications sector as well. She ventured next to having her own startup, 'BigHops Marketing', still focused on digital but with incorporation of events management, catering to some F&B under Rustan's Group, creating campaigns and content for Hotels & Resorts, etc. She then shifted into the Technology industry with Packetworx Inc., offering end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and introducing LoRaWan technology in the country. She implemented campaigns on both private and public sectors promoting awareness of IoT in the PH as it grows.
Previously she was the Chief Marketing Officer for Alexander Karl Group Corporation: Level 11 Tech | Vhoug Intl. ; L11Tech was established to provide Consulting Services and expertise on Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation,
and Infrastructure services to big and small organizations. Vhoug International Construction Group, on the other hand is one of the top 10 General Contractor firms in the Philippines specializing on overall fit out services.
