About the Presenters:

Hanlie Myburgh Erwee

Hanlie is the Customer Advocacy Manager for SAS Australia and New Zealand. Prior to moving to Australia in 2010, she worked at SAS in South Africa for 11 years as Technical Training Specialist, Delivery Account Manager and Education Operations Manager. Hanlie has a passion for customer satisfaction and loves programming and training. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and is a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer.

Carmen Gallagher

Carmen is the head of Customer Advocacy Programs for Asia Pacific. Carmen has worked for software companies for over 18 years and has a diverse background including implementation consulting, product development and launching new software products into the Asia Pacific markets. Carmen’s passion and current focus is on modernizing SAS’s approach to how we engage and communicate with our customers. Carmen holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with post-graduate diplomas in digital marketing and social media strategy.
