Global AI & Data Science Leader
As Global Head of AI & Data Science, Iain leads the company's global data science strategy for Financial Services, spanning banking, insurance and capital markets worldwide.
His work focuses on helping financial institutions move from AI experimentation to scaled, trusted and well-governed AI. This includes the enterprise adoption of machine learning, generative and agentic AI, synthetic data and decision intelligence, delivered in ways that meet the regulatory, operational and ethical demands of highly regulated industries.
He works closely with C-suite leaders, product and R&D teams, and global industry stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into durable AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value. A core focus of his work is advancing AI governance, model risk management and the responsible deployment of AI at scale.
Alongside his industry leadership, he serves as Adjunct Professor of Marketing Data Science at the University of Southampton. He is the author of *Mastering Marketing Data Science* (Wiley) and a Fellow of the Operational Research Society (FORS). He is a frequent international speaker and author on AI governance, risk modelling, interpretability and the practical realities of deploying AI in production.
