PRMIA Belgium meeting on Stress Testing

In partnership with SAS

PRMIA Belgium meeting on Stress Testing

In partnership with SAS

Tuesday 6th of September 2016 - 6:00pm to 9:00pm

The European Banking Authority (EBA) monitors and assesses market developments, identifies trends as well as potential risks and vulnerabilities in an effort to obtain financial stability of the banking sector.

Stress testing is required for a variety of reasons: it allows banks to translate the risk appetite of a bank into risk tolerance and limits. It synchronizes the strategic business plan with risk management policies and procedures. This process focuses on bank specific vulnerabilities vs. financial stability.

Join us to explore Stress Testing as well from a conceptual approach as from an implementation perspective. We will discuss how to identify and to solve these requirements in a bank in practice, hear experiences from the field and look at tasks and requirements from a solution point of view.
