About this report

This report details the findings of independent research commissioned by SAS in 2016. The survey was conducted with 600 senior-level decision-makers (including C-suiters, directors and departmental heads) of midsized UK organisations across a range of industries including:

  • and more.

Based on their answers, the survey respondents were placed into one of three groups – leaders, mainstreamers and laggards – to reflect the maturity of their data strategy.
