SAS recognised as one of the top 10 Best Workplaces in the UK
Fourth consecutive year of recognition by employees and the Great Place to Work Institute
SAS, the leader in analytics, is one of the UK’s best places to work, according to the latest ranking published by Great Place to Work®. SAS achieved 10th place in the ‘large company’ category, up from 13th in 2019.
This is the fourth consecutive year that SAS has been recognised as one of UK’s best places to work. The rankings are based on the findings of a robust employee survey and a thorough assessment of policies and practices by the Great Place to Work Institute.
Nearly nine in 10 (86 per cent) of employees surveyed as part of the Great Place to Work ranking agreed SAS is ‘a great place to work’. Areas of strength for the company were its scores for atmosphere, ethical and approachable management, work life balance, autonomous working and brand pride. SAS also fared particularly well against the competition by achieving an overall Trust index of 82 per cent.
