Ming Cao is the Head of Consulting, China. He is responsible for engaging with Visa Chinese clients to improve their performance and profitability.

Prior to joining Visa, Mr. Cao worked at multiple consulting entities in China serving payments and financial services clients.  Before that, he had years of data analytics experiences working in financial institutions in the US. His working and consulting experiences covered wide geographies including North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.

Mr. Cao earned a MBA from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Beijing University.

Mr. Nathan Falkenborg

Head of Consulting & Analytics, North Asia, Visa

Nathan Falkenborg is the Head of Consulting & Analytics, North Asia. He is responsible for engaging with Visa clients to improve their performance and profitability.

Mr. Falkenborg was previously Vice President, Global Business Intelligence; based in Visa’s San Francisco Innovation Centre, he was responsible for turning data into relevant and consumable insights that inform decision making, identify opportunities, and cultivate a measurement focused culture.

He was also previously the Head of Analytics for Visa across Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. He built and operated the high-performing analytics unit in Singapore and Dubai. Under his leadership, the team developed powerful and flexible analytical capabilities that drive deep consumer insights, and empower Visa clients to serve their customers better through actionable segmentation.

As the Regional Director of Affluent Products for the APCEMEA region, he led premium product strategy and execution from South Korea to South Africa. He and his team helped issuers find new ways of serving affluent cardholders.

Mr. Falkenborg began his career at Visa in 2006, as a Director of Product Management Consulting, responsible for managing clients such as Citibank and JP Morgan Chase.

Prior to joining Visa, he developed product and marketing strategies for GE Money and Providian Financial.

Mr. Falkenborg earned a MBA from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College of California.

With 20 years experience in the media and information services industry, Mr Li processes a multi-professional background - a reporter, editor, management, capital operation, integrated management. He also has an extensive industry experience on the mainstream mass media (print media, television media, Internet media). For the recent 10 years, he is mainly involved in the management and operations of IT media, digital media, and other areas of business management media fields.

Dr. SHEN Zhihua

Director of Credit Risk & Vice President of SMB, Ping An Bank

Dr. Shen is currently the Director of Credit Risk & Vice President of SMB, Ping An Bank, an Advisory Expert of Credit Scoring Model for People China’s Bank, as well as the Adjunct Professor of Renmin University of China in Financial Risk.

Prior to joining Ping An Bank, he worked as Senior Analyst for American Express in econometric analysis and Vice President of SME risk management in Wells Fargo. Dr. Shen processes strong industry knowledge and experience , he is dedicated in data mining, commercial bank risk management, small business and micro-enterprise financial services, quantitative model technology, credit risk model building projects.

Dr. Shen Zhihua holds a Ph.D. Degree in Economics and a Master Degree in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a certified CFA Chartered Financial Analyst.

Dr. YAO Yuhui

Vice GM, Customer Intelligence and Innovation Center, Ping An Zhitong

Dr. Yao is the Vice General Manager of Customer Intelligence and Innovation Center in Ping An Zhitong, responsible for big data mining and digital marketing programs.

With 15 years work experience in the world's top companies including IBM, Cisco, Ping An, Dr Yao has been focusing on Data Mining, CRM and Digital Marketing researches, as well as innovation and business management.

Dr Yao achieved excellent results in particular on data mining research and applications. He won the B2B Gold Award in World Database Marketing Center, Fairfax Asia Pacific Best Information Management Award, IBM Bravo Award, Best Practice from the perspective of Cisco's ISO-9001 Quality Program.

He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Information Engineering and Ph.D Degree in Data Mining from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
