As individual use cases are delivered, we are beginning to see a shift towards strategic automation for the enterprise.  During this webinar we will discuss what organisations are automating, how they are evolving their capability, and dispel common myths by putting people at the centre of the automation narrative.

Join us as we discuss:

  • The use cases are benefiting from Digital Transformation, AI and Decision Intelligence.
  • How automation projects are being approached, and how projects are becoming strategic programmes.
  • Lessons learned from the internal concerns that automation displaces the workforce and external fears that customers can only talk with chat bots.
