Prior to joining Shop Direct, Dene Jones was chief marketing officer at Full Tilt Poker, the world's fastest growing online poker room. Earlier in his career, he spent time as a director at TNS Global, one of the world's largest insight, information and consultancy groups, before which he was marketing director at bwin.party digital entertainment, the world's largest listed online gaming company.
In September 2013, Dene Jones joined Shop Direct as customer director. Drawing on his wealth of experience in advanced analytics, customer insight and market and competitor intelligence, Dene and his newly formed customer team are working to create a world class, multi-channel customer journey that maximises lifetime value.
Dene is a fellow of both the Royal Statistical Society and the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing.
