Phil is a former senior executive police officer having retired as an Assistant Commissioner with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police with over 35 years of law enforcement experience. Over Phil's long career, he has worked in a variety of leadership position in areas such as Serious & Organized Crime, Drug Enforcement, Technology Crime, Criminal Intelligence, Financial Crime, National Security and Forensic Science both at the national and international level. He held a number of senior level positions as well as representing the RCMP and Government of Canada on senior international committees.

Kayt Leonard is the Global Health Care and Life Sciences Strategic Advisor at SAS, and leads Market Strategy and Engagement within the Health Care and Life Sciences Practice.
