About the webinar

One of the challenges Credit Unions can face is a smaller technology budget.  We know as the shift and trend to digital engagement accelerates, keeping up with the investments of the ‘Goliaths’ in the financial sector can prove daunting and difficult.

However, Credit Unions have and can provide several advantages over bigger financial institutions. Our speakers will share insights on the varying types of advantages within Credit Unions such as nimbleness and agility being on their side. One reference we’d like to point to is; David did alright against Goliath.

This webinar will explore:

  • The importance of personalized engagements across digital channels
  • Why people and process protocols are key pillars of successful technology change
  • How to leverage nimbleness into your online personalization strategy

If you missed the first part of this webinar series offering: Master the art of staying local and relevant in an online world, we invite you to also register to listen and hear insights from those Industry experts.
