Julio has a Doctorate in Leadership & Change and over 25 years of experience. The core focus of his work has been data and outcomes focused innovation - implementing a variety solutions and technologies within marketing, analytics and operational environments. Most of his career has been in consulting supporting a variety of industries and 15 years with 2 of Canada’s top financial services companies. Currently Julio leads the Database Marketing & Insights group and is involved in a variety of projects across Deloitte in the areas of data, analytics and marketing.
