Customer Value Award

What Is It?

The Customer Value Award was created to honour and reward a SAS User for their ongoing support in the SAS community, whether in their workplace, through user groups, or online. This individual is recognized for going above and beyond in their support. The recipient will receive a trip to SAS Global Forum, including: return airfaire, hotel (max. 3 nights), registration fees, award dinner and presentation. SAS Users can nominate and vote for their peers through Friends of SAS.

Nomination Eligibility and Criteria

  • Nominee must be a Canadian resident
  • When nominating, please include the following:
    • First and last name
    • Organization
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Details about their impact in one or more of the following areas:
      • User Group - steering committee, speaker, other assistance
      • Online communities - SAS Canada Community, Friends of SAS
      • Supporting SAS users in your own or other organizations
      • Other (including but not limited to - SAS Global Forum volunteer or speaker, reference activity)

What's Next?

November 6 - December 18: Nominations received through Friends of SAS

December 19 - early-January 2020: SAS Customer Value Award Team will review nominations and select Top 3.
NOTE: Nominators and nominees may be contacted by the Team for follow-up regarding the nomination.

Mid-January 2020: Vote in Friends SAS
