SAS Institute Canada Inc. recognized on the 2020 list of Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion

SAS Institute Canada Inc. is pleased to start 2020 off by announcing our recognition on the 2020 list of Best Workplaces™ for Inclusion.

SAS Institute Canada Inc. received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.

The list of Best Workplaces for Inclusion is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified in the past year and at least 90% of employees must agree they are treated fairly, regardless of personal characteristics (such as gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation). We determined the best based on employee responses to inclusion-related Trust Index statements.

“At SAS, we believe that it’s not about fitting into the culture, it’s about adding to it,” said Cameron Dow, President SAS Institute (Canada) Inc. “SAS strongly supports inclusion across a broad spectrum with initiatives focused on accessibility, multiple cultures and identities, empowering women, and collaborating with a cross-generational workforce. SAS’s inclusion in this list demonstrates our commitment to giving all employees opportunities to use their diverse talents and achieve their career goals.”
