Create an attributes file

Learn how to create an attributes file in Microsoft Excel that contains the standard attributes associated with specific assets.

 

 

To create an attributes file:

  1. Click Select to select the appropriate assets, or click Select all. Then click Download.
  2. Select Create attributes file to create a Microsoft Excel file that contains the standard attributes (folder path, asset name, asset description and expiration date) associated with the assets.
  3. Click Open to open the file, and view or edit the attributes. You can then update your assets through the spreadsheet. The file appears at the bottom left of the screen, and is available on the Job Information page for a specified amount of time.
