As National Lead Analytics for SAS Canada Steve Holder is responsible for driving the SA solution strategy in Canada and providing thought leadership for the Analytics and Big Data portfolio.  A Canadian solution evangelist Steve has seen first-hand how the use of analytics can help customers solve business problems and unearth new opportunities.   Steve’s passion is making technology make sense for everyone regardless of their technical skillset.

With over two decades of industry experience, spanning: management, architecture, presales and sales, Steve brings alignment and consistent execution across all SAS business segments and verticals.

Prior to joining SAS in 2014 Steve was regional delivery director at IBM and Director of solution strategy at SAP. Steve received his Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and lives in Toronto with his wife and two daughters.  During his spare time he enjoys traveling, cycling, skiing and spending time outdoors.

Monique Duquette is a marketing and customer experience executive with over 18 years of marketing and technology experience centered around driving revenue and superior customer experience. Working throughout North America, Monique has consulted with Fortune 500 companies across media & entertainment, retail, financial services, telecommunications, health & life sciences and consumer packaged goods on elevating their marketing and analytics to the next level.
Monique began her career in public relations and marketing where she devised and executed compelling initiatives in B2B and B2C marketing organizations. During this time, Monique developed a deep appreciation and unique understanding of how technology can be applied to better empower marketing organizations.
Monique then transitioned into marketing technology consulting where she helped senior-level executives of Fortune 500 brands develop, refine and execute on strategies related to digital asset management, direct response marketing, improved marketing operations and customer-centric marketing strategies.
As a frequent industry speaker, contributor and thought-leader, Monique is currently SAS’ National Practice Lead for Customer Intelligence/Integrated Marketing Management. Monique drives the go-to-market strategy across all industry verticals in Canada and is devoted to driving profitable growth for her customers through the strategic use of customer intelligence.
