Participations will identify potential areas of opportunity based on facilitated evaluation of their company’s business strategies and tactical pain points. SAS will provide perspectives on potential areas of opportunity based on industry and like clients.

Discuss characteristics and considerations for selecting the right analytic pilot project(s). Discussion will include considerations for identifying likely sponsors, creating an effective “lab” environment and expectation management.

Working Session: Prioritizing Your SCP
Participants will evaluate and prioritize identified projects using SAS proven methodology including ‘back of the napkin’ assessment of likely business value, ability to consume, technical readiness and data availability.

Participants will work through key steps, actions and potential roadblocks to be addressed in pitching and executing identified pilot project(s).
