How to Enter: The contest starts September 8, 2015 (the “Contest Start Date”) and ends October 6, 2015 (the “Contest Close Date”). The contest is sponsored by SAS Institute (Canada) Inc. (“SAS Canada”). In order to enter for the draw you must meet the Eligibility requirements and complete and submit the submission form found on the registration page which can be accessed by clicking on the link provided. No Purchases Necessary. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person.

Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are currently enrolled in a full-time University or College program; except for employees or representatives of SAS Canada, its affiliates, and any persons with whom they are domiciled. In addition, due to certain laws and rules that apply to government entities, it is SAS Canada’s policy not to provide items of value to employees or representatives of federal, provincial and government ministries, departments and agencies and, therefore, such government employees and representatives are not eligible for the contest.

The Prize: There is one FitBit ChargeHR to be won. The approximate value of the prize is $180 plus additional taxes. Odds of Winning: The chance of winning a prize in this contest is dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

The Draw: A random draw for the prize will be held on October 7, 2015 in Toronto and the winners will be contacted by telephone or e-mail no later than October 14, 2015. The prize will be awarded to the person whose entry is drawn and who is able to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise. If a selected entrant cannot answer, or incorrectly answers, the skill-testing question, fails to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the first attempt at contact by SAS Canada, or if SAS Canada is otherwise unable to contact the selected entrant within such time, or otherwise does not meet any of the contest Eligibility requirements, or satisfy any other contest conditions, that entry will be disqualified and another entry may be selected. The process will continue until all winners have been successfully selected. Each entrant is eligible for only one price. Winner’s names will not be re-entered for subsequent draws. Each selected entrant may be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing SAS Canada from all liability. The prize will be distributed to the winner within 6 to 8 weeks from the Contest Closing Date. SAS Canada will not be responsible for any entries or prizes that may be lost, stolen or misdirected.
