Ray Boisvert is the founder and President of I-Sec Integrated Strategies (ISECIS), a firm specializing in risk mitigation and deep business intelligence solutions. Through the use of tailored strategies and advanced technologies, Mr. Boisvert has worked with clients and strategic partners in the transportation, technology, advanced analytics, architecture, engineering, manufacturing and global retail sectors.

He has also delivered numerous public presentations, participated on panels and given countless media interviews addressing topics such as cyber defense, “insider threats”, terrorism entities, radicalization challenges, and a number of other national security related topics.

Prior to launching his consultancy, Mr. Boisvert spent almost 30 years with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), retiring as the Assistant Director, Intelligence.

He held several other executive and senior manager positions at CSIS, including responsibilities for the Counter Terrorism Program, as well as its Operations Support Branch, which covered all aspects of covert intelligence collection, including CSIS “special operations” teams.

Mr. Boisvert also spent several years overseas serving as a Foreign Collection Officer, working in close collaboration with allied and partner police, security and intelligence agencies. Earlier in his career he was an operational collection officer and supervisor, working across all areas of the Counter Terrorism and Counter Intelligence spectrum.

Prior to joining CSIS, Mr. Boisvert spent five years in federal law enforcement with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), mostly in Drug Enforcement activities in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) area of British Columbia.
