Digital Alchemy teams with SAS to offer advanced digital marketing solutions
SAS, the leader in analytics, has entered into a strategic partnership with Digital Alchemy, an Australian provider of advanced marketing technology solutions whose high-profile customers include Virgin Money, Foxtel, NBN and Metcash.
Sydney-based Digital Alchemy was founded in 2003, employs 150 professionals and has branches in China, Thailand, Singapore and New Zealand.
The company’s General Manager ANZ, William Natalegawa, said, “We have been using SAS since we started in 2003 so we already know the SAS technology well, and we know their people.
“Building on that, this new formal partnership enables us to address a gap in the market where organisations holding very large data sets (of half a million and beyond) but don’t necessarily have extensive technical resources want a proven and scalable digital customer marketing solution to grow their business.”
Under the terms of the partnership, Digital Alchemy and SAS will go to market jointly, with the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 suite.
This combines digital interactions and traditional data sources across all inbound and outbound channels to give marketers a complete understanding of each individual customer. Then, with the suite’s embedded predictive analytics, they get the ability to deeply mine the engagement histories of their customers, to fashion unique and compelling approaches to them.
William Natalegawa added that liaising with SAS in this way further strengthened Digital Alchemy’s promise to its customers, “We make marketing automation work”. He said that in addition to joint marketing with SAS, his company would continue offering all SAS users its implementation, support and consulting services – including the design and delivery of innovative marketing programs and campaigns.
