Modernising the analytical landscape for Telcos
The telco industry is hypercompetitive and one of the most rapidly changing industries. New technologies and the explosion of data offer a lot of potential for Telcos, however many fail to maximise the value of the data at their disposal.
Successful telcos are looking to analytics to make smarter decisions about their complex networks, to reduce churn and to fight fraudulent behaviour.
To help you along this journey, SAS are pleased to bring Mari Bjorkman, Global Telco Industry Lead for SAS, to Australia where she will host a series of intimate breakfast seminars for key Telco and Utilities leaders.
Mari will share her unique perspective on the global Telco market and key trends on the horizon that Australian leaders need to be aware of.
Mari will share her views on how Telcos and Utilities can leverage data and analytics to address global market and business challenges such as:
- Digital Transformation
- Customer Experience
- Network analytics
Don’t miss the opportunity to hear Mari's insights into the transformation taking place in the Telco industry on both a global and regional level.
Complimentary breakfast will be served at 8:00am with proceedings getting underway at 8:30am.
