Each year, the SAS community comes together from around the world to push the boundaries of what’s possible with the full breadth of SAS® platforms and solutions. Users, business leaders and partners come to hear what we have to say, but the true value of SAS Innovate is the opportunity to connect and be inspired by peers navigating similar challenges.

As a presenter, enjoy all the perks*:

  • Complimentary conference registration. ($995 value at the Standard Rate)
  • Complimentary hotel stay at the Gaylord Texan from April 27-30, 2026.**
  • $500 reimbursement for US domestic airfare, $750 for North America (Canada, Mexico, Central and South America), and $1,500 for international airfare.

*All selected speakers receive complimentary registration to SAS Innovate, however complimentary hotel and airfare reimbursement is exclusively for SAS customer and higher education speakers.

While SAS Partners — including resellers, service providers, and independent consultants — are not eligible for travel reimbursement, we appreciate and encourage partner participation and offer other meaningful benefits including complimentary registration, speaker support, increased visibility, and business development opportunities through event marketing and onsite engagement. Should a SAS Partner submit a joint session with a customer speaker, the customer speaker will be eligible for travel support.

Agentic AI

  • Are you developing or deploying Agentic AI systems that reason, plan and act to achieve complex goals in dynamic environments? We’re looking for presentations that showcase how AI agents collaborate with humans, use tools or orchestrate workflows to solve real-world challenges and drive innovation within your organization.

AI Engineering

  • Are you building AI and AI solutions using generative technologies such as large language models (LLMs), synthetic data generation or digital twins? We’re looking for presentations that showcase how these innovations are solving real-world problems and driving insights.

Analytics

  • Are you turning data into actionable insights in innovative ways? We’re looking for presentations on inferential statistics, predictive modeling, model interpretability, deep learning, natural language, forecasting and optimization.

Data/AI Governance and MLOps

  • Are you deploying, managing, governing or monitoring AI and models using SAS? We’re looking for presentations on model management, deployment and decisioning, including best practices for operationalizing models.

Data Management

  • Are you working with large and complex data sets? We're looking for presentations on how to prepare, organize and access data from a variety of sources, including SAS and other platforms.

Decisioning

  • Are you using AI agents to run your decisions at scale or transforming decision making with data and analytics to drive consistency, speed and impact across your organization? Share your presentations on real-time decisioning, decision automation, decision models, business rules management and augmenting human decisions with AI.

Open Integration

  • Are you coding or deploying models using Python or R? We're looking for presentations on how to leverage these languages and other open source tools to integrate SAS with other platforms.

Programming & Application Development (SAS® 9 / SAS Code)

  • Are you a SAS programming expert? We're looking for presentations on how to develop solutions using SAS, including data prep, SAS macros and automated processes that benefit your organization. This can include how you’re getting the most out of programming tools, like SAS® Studio, SAS® Visual Studio Code, or SAS® Viya® Workbench.

Viya Success

  • Are you finding exciting ways for SAS® Viya® to deliver value across your organization? We're looking for presentations on successful adoption strategies, impactful use cases and best practices for scaling the Viya platform.

Visualization / Reporting

  • Are you an expert in data visualization and reporting? We're looking for presentations on communicating data-driven insights in engaging and actionable formats, including using the latest visualization techniques and report formats.

Session Guidelines and Tips

  • You will be redirected to Sessionboard, our content and speaker management system, to submit your proposal, and will be required to create a login. 
  • You may submit a maximum of two proposals.
  • Your progress will be saved, so you can exit the form and return to it later without losing any information.
  • SAS employees are welcome to submit as well. There will not be a separate internal call for content.
  • All speakers will be required to sign the SAS Speaker Release form. Please review the form in advance and confirm that your organization has no concerns with its contents before submitting your session. 
  • Dive deep into a single, well-defined message. Cover one topic inside and out so that your audience will walk away with a thorough understanding of it. 
  • Inspire, challenge and blow some minds. Be ready to take on tough questions, reveal new possibilities and put forth an idea that’s lightning in a bottle!
  • Ensure your idea is hyper-relevant. Speak about something that resonates with the SAS Innovate audience and connects directly to their data, analytics or business challenges.
  • Be a storyteller and build authentic connections. Show how your idea was used to solve a problem and how your audience can be the heroes of their own stories.

 

What happens next?

Upon submitting your proposal, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will work diligently to review your submission and craft a diverse agenda. Notifications will be sent by January 2026.
