Today customer experience is all about omni-channel. Customers are reaching out to companies via text message, on the phone, through emails and websites. When consumers reach out to customer service, they often use three or more channels, and most companies offer multiple service channels to answer customer issues. So omni-channel experience isn’t just about connecting the channels, it’s about a consistent and relevant marketing message across all channels. In this part SAS will highlight the common challenges in marketing departments moving into an omni-channel world.

The SAS Customer Decision Hub is a concept developed by SAS based on a various marketing projects to build an enterprise marketing suite, which is omni-channel ready.

In this section you will learn how to easily create a customer segment, build and execute a marketing campaign, react on inbound channel request and report the relevant marketing KPIs to your higher management.

Best Practices – “HOW A BANK LEVERAGE THE MARKETING CHALLENGES”

In the last part of the session SAS will share insight into customer projects and you will learn how different SAS customers overcome the omni-channel challenges.
