Markos Fragoulopoulos is a graduate of Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and also holds postgraduate degrees from the same University ((Executive MBA, Diploma in Banking) and also from INSEAD ( Eureko High Potentials MBA). He has participated in numerous seminars and workshops in Greece and abroad on topics of Leadership, Direct Marketing, CRM and Sales.

He worked for many years in Intertrust  Funds Management Co SA , holding various positions with the latter the one of the CEO. Today, he is Deputy General Sales & Marketing Director at Interamerican  Group and Deputy President of Interamerican Finance

Also, he is President of the Hellenic Institute of Marketing (HIM) and Board member of the Hellenic Management Association (HMA) and the European Marketing Confederation.

Jens has extensive experience within the Telecommunications industry for the last 10 years, working for Telenor and Accenture.  Ha has worked as Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert on other innovative BI projects.

Ioannis holds a Master of Computer Science degree and has a longer than 10-year track record in the area of successful analytical CRM, Customer Intelligence and DI implementation projects.

Before he joined SAS he worked for several consulting companies in a managerial position and acted as trusted advisor in several companies. Additionally his experience includes project management in Customer Intelligence, Business Intelligence and CRM projects in many of Europe’s largest international telecommunication and broadcasts, banks, utilities, automotive and healthcare companies. His main focus areas are Integrated Marketing Management solutions, business case and business value development and Customer Intelligence process improvements.

Throughout his career he worked in both national and international companies and gained international experience through working with multi-cultural project teams. 

His experience of having been a program manager, a business expert, and a consultant helps Ioannis to act as a trusted advisor for clients as well as helping them to operationalize their CI strategy.

Athina Kanioura is the Lead Lead Scientist for Accenture Analytics and Marketing Services (AAMS) and Head of IGEM for AAMS.
Athina specializes in econometrical analytics focusing on trade merchandising, improving marketing / communication effectiveness and optimizing marketing mix budgets, customer infused analytics, pricing and promotional effectiveness.

Athina has had 6 years of practical experience in marketing-mix and promo mathematical modeling techniques, marketing strategy optimization, sales forecasting, statistical and econometrical data analysis, data-mining and market simulation techniques. Prior to Accenture, Athina has previously worked for 4 years in the University of Sheffield as a Lecturer in Economics/Econometrics.

Regarding her academic background, Athina holds a B.Sc. in Maritime Economics from the University of Piraeus, a M.Sc. in Economics and Finance from the University of Sheffield as well as a PhD in Macroeconomics and Econometrics from the University of Sheffield.
