Leveraging SAS Viya, open-source tools, and OpenAI’s GPT API, a custom chatbot enables Nestlé’s warehouse specialists to optimize inventory movement, allocate inbound shipments to the correct warehouse, and conduct scenario analyses, integrating with an automatically updating Visual Analytics dashboard all using natural language input.
