Allen is Deputy Marketing Director at EDP, responsible for Customer Experience, Digital Transformation and Data Analytics strategy at corporate level for the commercial area. He is also Vice President at DSPA - Data Science Portuguese Association. Previously at EDP, he developed his activity as Senior Consultant in the Energy Planning Department. He has a deep knowledge both on Energy and Telecommunications sectors. Prior to EDP, Allen worked for Portugal Telecom in the Wholesale business unit as Head of Benchmark
and Service Manager (2002-2008). He started his career as a Researcher and Math Assistant Teacher at IST University (2000-2003). His background is in electrical and telecommunications engineering and holds a MBA from Nova University.
