About the presentation
As the methods of forecasting evolve, so must the methods of users enriching the forecast. We can use clustering and segmentation to drive demand planners to the areas where they can make the most impact for the business. We can also use forecast explainability to inform demand planners what’s in the forecast and what needs to be enriched. This session explores the use of analytics to optimize the consensus planning process.
