About the speaker
Neil is responsible for customer onboarding, engagement, and retention communications and strategies, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive top-of-wallet spend via offers, partnerships and loyalty. He has 10-plus years of marketing experience with a focus on product development, customer acquisition and engagement. He is also responsible for owned and paid channel (omnichannel) strategies to both acquire and engage (cross-sell/upsell) customers; web marketing strategies; optimizing and testing page and banner content; and executing and delivering marketing strategies via content creation, q/a and publishing. His digital marketing and digital acquisition areas of expertise include developing attribution and proxy models to track effectiveness, full-funnel digital strategies for marketing campaigns, next-best action/offer tool implementation and adoption, evolved and implemented campaign management systems, and offer/decision engines to improve customer experience and drive revenue.
