First Real Time Multi Channel Fraud Management Solution in The Middle East

Bank with an appetite to implement a robust and best of breed solution to address the Fraud pain and was evaluating potential Fraud vendors for each Channel within the bank. What started as a casual dinner table conversation with the GM of the bank at an Infosys sponsored event at Bali led to SAS being invited to participate in the evaluation. SAS shared its vision of how a Multi-Channel Fraud engine can address and cater to Bank Muscat’s requirements vis-à-vis diff Fraud solutions for different channels.

An exhaustive RFP was shared in December 2013 with 6 vendors leading to a final shortlist of 2 – SAS and Detica.

With this win, Bank Muscat has become a Million dollar account for SAS in less 9 months (we had previously sold USD 330,400 worth of EMINER in SEP 2013).
