Dear Readers,
 Maybe it's because we're both "height-challenged," but I've always been a fan of former football player Doug Flutie. Most guys our size only get on a football field to play the fight song with the band at halftime. Yet in the mid-1980s, Flutie concluded his unbelievable collegiate career by winning college football's biggest prize, the Heisman Trophy.
If you ask Flutie what the secret to his success was I suspect he'd tell you it was a lot of hard work, dedication and study. In that way, Flutie is a lot like you, our SAS Training Report subscribers, overcoming obstacles (limited training budgets, anyone?) and always looking for the edge you need to distinguish yourselves in your chosen profession.
As we conclude 2007, I hope you'll join the more than 30,000 users who take SAS training each year. We can't promise you the Heisman, but maybe an MVP (Most Valuable Programmer) isn't out of the question.
