SAS Finland among nation’s best workplaces seven years in a row

SAS Finland has been named one of the best workplaces in the country for the seventh year in a row. The country office moved up four places this year, coming in at No. 21.

The Great Place to Work Institute has been researching best workplaces in Finland since 2002. More than 135 organizations took part in the research study this year, representing 45,400 employees.

"Our employees are particularly satisfied that SAS supports the balance between work and personal life," said SAS Finland HR Director Juha Iivarinen.

“We continue to develop our organization and encourage trust and openness in the workplace,” said Human Resources Development Manager Ella Korhonen. “Our employees find inspiration in the meaningful work where they can create value for customers.”

In a press release announcing the rankings, Great Place to Work Institute Finland CEO Mona Rundberg said the best workplaces in Finland set the standard for a management culture based on trust and caring.
