Auto makers sharpen insights with SAS® Analytics

Automotive industry leaders gathered today at the 2012 SAS Automotive Leadership Forum in Southern California to learn how analytics can help them gain valuable insights from customers, make critical supply-and-demand decisions faster, and remain agile and competitive in the age of big data.

SAS, the leader in business analytics, has worked with manufacturers for decades. Auto makers like American Honda, Hyundai Motor Company and Shanghai General Motors already use SAS to detect emerging quality issues, protect brand value and improve customer satisfaction.

"SAS gives automakers and other manufacturers the vision to make better strategic decisions to improve operations, gain efficiencies and boost profits," said David Froning, SAS Product Manager for Warranty Solutions. "Our annual forum in Southern California helps auto makers overcome the challenges that have made headlines in recent years."
