e-Newsletter Questions and Subscription Information

Subscribed readers receive SAS e-newsletters every other Tuesday (Your SAS Business Report and Your SAS Technology Report are delivered on alternating Tuesdays). Our e-newsletters are delivered only to those who have registered at our site to receive them. If you are experiencing delivery or subscription difficulties, the information below may help. If you have additional questions regarding your subscription, please send them to techeditor@sas.com.

Subscribing
Subscribe to SAS e-newsletters today. Simply complete our SAS Web member registration form. Select the e-newsletters you'd like to receive in step 3 of this form. If you're already a SAS Web member, you can log in and subscribe by editing step 3 in your existing profile. Don't forget to submit your changes.

Unsubscribing
To unsubscribe from either of the e-newsletters:

Log in at http://www.sas.com/apps/login.jsp
Select "Edit your profile"
Go to Step 3 of the profile form
Uncheck the appropriate boxes
Submit your change

If you decide you want to subscribe again, just follow the same steps, checking the box or boxes for the newsletter(s) you want to receive.

Formatting problems (HTML version)
If you're having trouble with the HTML version of Your SAS Technology Report or Your SAS Business Report, it may be that your mail reader or mail server does not support HTML.

You may want to change your subscription options and opt for the text version of the e-newsletter. To change your subscription options:

Log in at http://www.sas.com/apps/login.jsp
Select "Edit your profile"
Go to Step 3 of the profile form
Change your subscription option to "Subscribe - Plain Text"
Submit your change

Delivery problems
If you signed up to receive SAS e-newsletters and are not getting them, please check your profile to make sure your e-mail address is correct:

Log in at http://www.sas.com/apps/login.jsp
Select "Edit your profile"
Go to Step 2 and check your e-mail address
Go to step 3 and check to make sure you are subscribed
Submit any changes

If you requested the HTML version, ask your administrator to verify that your mail reader and mail server accept HTML mailings. If they do not, you may want to opt to receive the text version of the letter. To sign up for the text version:

Log in at http://www.sas.com/apps/login.jsp
Select "Edit your profile"
Go to Step 3 of the profile form
Change your format option to "Plain Text"
Submit your change
