In this association view, the program’s goals and key indicators are defined along with the performance targets. Cost and performance data are also surfaced side by side.
Budget, activity costs, diagrams and performance information can all be surfaced and managed in a single view.
With diagrams, include meaningful visuals, such as flow charts, strategy maps and images, to describe operational and strategic plans. Link diagrams with indicators to automatically measure performance. Use strategy maps to define relationships between analyze cause-and-effect outcomes.
System Requirements
SAS Strategic Performance Management is a Web application on the middle tier accessed through a Web browser on the client tier. SAS 9.1 servers run on the data tier to provide metadata, data and compute services.
