  • Data Management. Transactional systems don't take into account all the human capital data spread out in other systems, the benchmarking and other third-party data you need to include for analysis. Designed for analysis, the SAS analytical human capital data mart integrates data from multiple transactional systems and provides data cleansing and an adapter for SAP, offering tremendous efficiency on a single platform for creating enterprise intelligence.
  • Predictive Analytics. The SAS solution is deeper because SAS Analytics are not generic but workforce-specific and go beyond what competitors offer, including predictive analytics, forecasting and optimization.
