Introduction

Alert Notes list problems that you need to be aware of before installing or using this software. Should you need assistance with the software, we ask that only the SAS Software Representative or SAS Software Consultant call our Technical Support Division. • The Application Broker component of the Application Dispatcher allows the administrator to configure more than one Application Server to balance the load of requests across several processes. However, the Application Broker's load balancing algorithm may send 95% of the requests to a single Application Server and not distribute the requests over all available servers evenly.

  There is no workaround. This problem will be addressed in a future release of SAS/IntrNet software.
