David E. Hamilton has been responsible for forecasting at ODEC since December 2007. He previously worked for a Texas Utilities Company located in Dallas, where he was the Manager of Load Analysis/SME for TXU Energy's wholesale and retail pricing desk. He has been involved with load research, load analysis and modeling, load forecasting, and customer load simulation for more than 24 years with companies such as Southern Company Services in Atlanta; Wisconsin Energy in Milwaukee; East Kentucky Power Cooperative in Winchester, KY; and West Texas Utilities Co in Abilene, TX. He received an MBA in finance from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene.

Michael Gilliland is Product Marketing Manager for SAS forecasting. He has more than 20 years of forecasting, operations research and consulting experience in the food, consumer electronics and apparel industries, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Institute of Business Forecasting. He writes the quarterly column "Worst Practices in Business Forecasting" for Supply Chain Forecasting Digest and has published in Supply Chain Management Review, Journal of Business Forecasting, Foresight: The International Journal of Applied Forecasting, and APICS magazine. Gilliland holds master's degrees in philosophy and mathematical sciences from Johns Hopkins University. His book, The Business Forecasting Deal: Exposing the Myths, Eliminating Bad Practices, Providing Practical Solutions, comes out in June.

Ken Seiden has more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in forecasting, DSM planning, cost-effectiveness analysis, and program evaluation. He leads Cadmus’ Strategic Planning & Application Development (SP&AD) practice area. He is well-known in the utilities industry for development of SAS modeling tools that integrate DSM potential with load forecasts, ensuring an accurate portrayal of the magnitude of DSM resources. Seiden is the chief architect of Cadmus’ EUF and SAS  model and has provided data modeling expertise for more than 50 electric and gas utilities throughout the United States. He is also the principal-in-charge of Cadmus’ MDF and SAS Forecast Server solution for electric and gas utilities.
