Dennis Jay has been the chief executive officer of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud since its founding in 1993. He oversees the Coalition's three main areas: government affairs, public outreach and research.
Jay coordinated the drafting of a comprehensive model insurance fraud law, which 21 states have passed wholly or partly.
He is a frequent speaker on insurance fraud and has testified before several state legislatures and the US Congress. He serves on several national and state boards and advisory committees, and has served on the faculty at the FBI's In-Service Training Academy, Tufts Healthcare Institute, Brandeis University and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention.

Before joining SAS, Ruotolo was the Director of SIU Strategic Operations for the property and casualty special investigations unit for The Hartford Financial Services Group, one of the nation’s largest insurance and financial services operations.

Stuart Rose is responsible for providing thought leadership and marketing direction for applying analytics in the insurance industry. He has developed and implemented enterprise systems at insurance companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and South Africa.
Rose is a regular contributor to insurance publications and the Analytic Insurer blog. He frequently speaks at insurance conferences and is co-author of the book Executive Guide to Solvency II.
