Jennifer Watkins, Director of Quality Improvement, has worked for Crouse Hospital for 15 years. She has a master’s degree in health care administration and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. The Quality Improvement Department, consisting of nine members, supports the entire clinical house for analytics and performance improvement, as well as fulfills all obligations to regulatory and accrediting agencies.
Rachel Carey, Quality Improvement Analyst, has a bachelor’s in mathematics from Syracuse University and has worked for Crouse Hospital for five years. She has Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University.
Lynette Johnson, Senior Quality Improvement Analyst, has a master's in statistics from Texas A&M University. She has worked in performance improvement in both the manufacturing and health care sectors and has worked for Crouse Hospital for seven years. Johnson is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
