Mark Schneider is responsible for deployment engineering, including planning, installation and configuration. He has worked at SAS since 1989, and for the last five years has been focused on providing an "easy button" deployment experience for the rapidly expanding list of SAS products. Schneider holds a BS in computer science from Duke University.
Technical Support Analyst
Jawna Gardner joined SAS in 1996 to develop and deliver courses for SAS implementers. In the mid-2000s, she took a brief hiatus to become a SAS partner, focused on delivering SAS®9 enterprise business intelligence and SAS® Enterprise Miner™ implementations and ongoing administration services. Gardner returned to SAS in 2009 as part of the technical support team, assisting customers deploying the SAS®9 intelligence platform on UNIX systems. She holds a BS in mathematics from Oklahoma State University and an MS in statistics from Oregon State University.
