Prior to joining Oberweis, Bedford was with a privately held analytic consultancy serving SMB clients in the manufacturing and retail industry segments. He later transitioned to a marketing management role, where he developed various product and service offerings in the process monitoring and control space. Additionally, Bedford has held executive marketing positions in the speech recognition software industry, where he built and applied data analytics models to predict consumer behavior.

He holds MS and PhD degrees in engineering from Northwestern University, an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in engineering from the University of California, San Diego. Bedford is also a certified Base SAS programmer.

Global Marketing Manager, Small to Midsize Business

Jain is responsible for the development and deployment of outbound marketing strategies, and the messaging and positioning of SAS solutions for SMBs. Jain works closely with customers, partners, industry analysts and internal stakeholders to ensure that SAS continues to build and deliver high-value solutions that meet the needs of small to midsize businesses. At SAS, Jain has led product marketing for multiple industries and solution areas including retail, manufacturing and supply chain.

Prior to joining SAS, Jain held positions in retail supply chain management, where she led strategic planning, global sourcing, operations and production management for a variety of prominent retailers. Jain holds a Bachelor of Science and a postgraduate degree in marketing and merchandising from Delhi University, India, and an MBA from Jenkins School of Business at North Carolina State University.
